(di Christian Diociaiuti) Cresce l’angoscia per la scomparsa di Danijar Jaksylyk, detto Deni, il giovane studente kazako iscritto alla facoltà di Ingegneria per l’Edilizia Sostenibile presso la sede reatina dell’Università “La Sapienza”. A distanza di giorni dall’ultimo contatto con la madre – avvenuto la sera del 12 luglio – emergono nuovi, inquietanti dettagli sulla vicenda, grazie alla testimonianza di una giovane che sta facendo da ponte tra la famiglia e Rieti, conoscendo il russo.
Secondo quanto riferito dalla ragazza, che si è recata oggi in Questura insieme alla madre per formalizzare la denuncia di scomparsa, Deni si sarebbe recato per tre giorni a San Benedetto del Tronto, in compagnia di persone non ancora identificate (forse amici italiani o altri studenti). Durante quel soggiorno, il giovane sarebbe stato derubato e avrebbe riportato ferite al collo e alla mano, finendo in ospedale. Ma da quel momento le tracce di Deni si sarebbero completamente perse.
Quando la polizia ha provato a contattarlo per sporgere denuncia, il ragazzo non si è più presentato e, stando a quanto riferito dalla madre ancora sotto shock, non è stato più ritrovato nemmeno nella struttura sanitaria dove era stato ricoverato. Un altro particolare preoccupante: Deni avrebbe lasciato indietro tutti i suoi effetti personali, non portando nulla con sé.
Domani è atteso a Rieti un rappresentante dell’Ambasciata kazaka, che seguirà da vicino le ricerche e collaborerà con le autorità locali per far luce sulla vicenda.
La madre del ragazzo, rimasta in Kazakistan e impossibilitata a raggiungere l’Italia nell’immediato, si è affidata ai contatti in Italia e alla solidarietà della comunità per ottenere aiuto. Il suo ultimo ricordo del figlio risale a un messaggio d’auguri per il compleanno, poi il silenzio.
Chiunque abbia visto Deni o sia a conoscenza di informazioni utili è pregato di rivolgersi subito alle forze dell’ordine o di contattare l’ambasciata kazaka a Roma.

Deni missing for days: robbed and injured, then vanished from the hospital

Worry is growing over the disappearance of Danijar Jaksylyk, known as Deni, a young Kazakh student enrolled in the Sustainable Building Engineering program at the Rieti branch of Rome’s “La Sapienza” University. Days have passed since his last known contact — on the evening of July 12 — and now new and troubling details have emerged, shared by a young woman who is acting as an intermediary between the family and local authorities, thanks to her knowledge of Russian.
According to the woman, who went to the police station today with her mother to file a formal missing person report, Deni had traveled to San Benedetto del Tronto for three days, possibly with Italian friends or fellow students — identities still unconfirmed. During that trip, he was reportedly robbed and suffered injuries to his neck and hand, eventually ending up in a hospital. From that point on, all trace of Deni has been lost.
When police attempted to reach him to file an official report, he failed to appear, and according to his mother — who is still in shock — he was no longer found at the hospital where he had reportedly been treated. Even more concerning, he left all his personal belongings behind, taking nothing with him.
A representative from the Kazakh Embassy is expected in Rieti tomorrow to assist with the ongoing search and to work alongside local authorities to clarify the circumstances of the case.
Deni’s mother, who is still in Kazakhstan and currently unable to travel to Italy, has relied on her Italian contacts and the support of the community for help. Her last memory of her son is a birthday message he sent — after which, communication suddenly ceased.
Anyone who has seen Deni or has useful information is urgently asked to contact the local police or the Kazakh Embassy in Rome.
Every tip could be crucial to bringing him home safely.
